Problem with programming station: CC, PGM CALL and TOOL CALL keys don’t work.

Answer:

The problem arises from an overlap in the assignments for keystroke shortcuts between the programming station and the “Intel® Extreme Graphics 2” or “ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 series” on-board graphics card in your PC.

You can fix this problem with the following procedure:

> Control Panel

> Open Intel(®) Extreme Graphics (or ATI Catalyst® Control Center)

> Select the graphics properties

> Select the Hotkeys tab

> Deactivate hotkeys

There might also be keystroke shortcuts in other applications causing this same problem.
