  • Manual calibration of transformation dimensions
  • Calibration of kinematic transformations using KinematicsOpt

Objectives of the course

  • Making kinematic configurations for various types of machines on the iTNC 530 (TNC 320/TNC 620/TNC 640)
  • Calibrating the kinematic transformation dimensions

Target group

  • Only for specialists in machine interfacing, commissioning and service from machine tool builders and retrofitters

Requirements

  • Operation and handling the iTNC 530 (TNC 320/TNC 620/TNC 640)
  • Knowledge of the configuration of iTNC 530 and NCK
  • Good working knowledge of NC-controlled machine tools

Hardware / Software

  • Stable Internet connection >= 25 Mbit
  • Administrator rights on the PC
  • Up-to-date browser, e.g. Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome
  • Webcam is recommended
