• With the help of a guideline the participants are able to commission an axis or the spindle and can optimize the control loops such that a standard machine parameter set is determined

The participants can adapt the functional safety (FS) of HEIDENHAIN controls to machine tools.

The course participants can define the sequences of an acceptance test with the "TestDesign" PC software, and can perform such an acceptance test with the "TNCtest" PC software.

Notes:

The contents of an acceptance test are derived from the risk analysis of a specific machine tool, and are therefore not within the scope of the course.

This PC software is primarily intended for HEIDENHAIN controls equipped with functional safety (FS). The PC software can also be used for HEIDENHAIN controls without functional safety (FS).
