- Professional mounting of HEIDENHAIN encoders according to the mounting instructions
- Optimization of the customer´s specific mounting situation
- Field service and diagnostics with PWT 101 and PWM 21
- Professional maintenance
- Further topics upon request
Requirements:
- Machine tool with encoders as mounted by the OEM
- Free access to the mounted encoders (no covers)
- Participants must have basic knowledge of field service or encoder mounting
- Basic knowledge of electronics
The topics, points of emphasis and duration are decided upon together by the client and HEIDENHAIN.
HEIDENHAIN prepares a customized quotation in which all agreed conditions are defined.
The workshops will be held in German or English language.
