I want to use TeleService to monitor machines equipped with HEIDENHAIN controls from my home. Are there any restrictions regarding what TeleService can do?
Answer:
You need TNC 426/430 controls with NC software 280 476-04 or higher (is displayed when you press the MOD key).
All iTNC 530, TNC 640, TNC 620, TNC 320, TNC 128 controls are prepared for TeleService by default.
Of course, TeleService is only available if you have already integrated the TNC in your company network via a network card.
