I tried to open DXF files in the R12 format on the TNC, but I always get the error message “DXF converter cannot be started.” Why?
Answer:
Many CAD systems save DXF files by default in a binary (encrypted) DXF format. DXF files must be in ASCII format for the TNC to be able to process them. When saving to DXF, remember to use the ASCII R12 format.
