  • Fundamentals of axis error compensation 

Please bring your own computer or notebook, which must meet the following requirements:

  • Windows operating system
  • Zip-compatible extraction software
  • Authorization to install software
  • Configured network environment (Ethernet TCP/IP)

Objectives of the course

  • With the help of a guideline the participants are able to commission an axis or the spindle and can optimize the control loops such that a standard machine parameter set is determined
  • The participants learn to work with the TNCopt computer software
  • Special “customized” requirements (such as the adjustment of nominal position value filters) cannot be treated in detail

  • Solid background in NC-controlled machine tools
  • Knowledge of electronics / electrical engineering
  • Machine configuration is already finished
