BLK FORM cannot be displayed

 Why can’t a BLK FORM created on an iTNC 530 be displayed by a TNC 426?

2 BLK FORM 0.2 X+1000 Y+700 Z+0  

Answer:

On the TNC 426 / 430 the ratio of the shortest to longest side of the BLK FORM must be less than 1 to 64. In your BLK FORM the Z value is less than 1 : 64 of the X value.

Solution: Program the blank with dimensions that can be displayed.
