Horizontal cylinder, outside, as arc around X-Z with end mill

NC program for machining the outside of a cylinder surface with an end mill. The cylinder axis is parallel to the Y axis. The machining operation is performed in a circular arc in the X/Z plane with the Z axis moving in the positive direction. The Y axis is the infeed axis.
