Objectives of the course
Participants master basic and programming techniques for HEIDENHAIN Klartext conversational programming and machine setup to create precise contours from workpiece drawings, use cycles efficiently, and reliably create NC programs.
Benefit of the training:
- Faster familiarization of new employees
- Higher programming quality, reduced need for reworking
- Improved machine availability thanks to faster setup and reliable processes
- Improved safety and standardized processes during NC operation
Target group
- Programmers and operators of CNC milling machines, CNC trainers
Requirements
- Knowledge of milling from a drawing, CNC fundamentals
- If you do not have the required basic knowledge, you can acquire it with the aid of our HIT Milling 3-Axis Machining e-learning package. Working your way through the demo version is sufficient to be able to participate in the basic course. Register here for the free demo version: https://hit.heidenhain.de
