Simple machining on cylinder surface
NC4040
NC program with which a cycle is executed on a cylinder surface several times. During the execution of the cycle, the rotary axes do not perform any compensation motion. The machining operation shown in the example is carried out with the tool inclined by 90 degrees. Since the machining operation is not performed with cylinder surface interpolation, but with the Plane function, centric clamping of the cylinder on the rotary axis is not required.
The program was created for A/C kinematics.
